About me

I started my career as a Business Analyst, specializing in system integration and both functional and technical analysis.
With time, I have expanded my expertise to include Project Management activities.

After earning my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Milan (109/110), I completed a Master’s in Luxury Management at 24ORE Business School, supported by a national merit scholarship.

I have experience in functional and technical analysis (As-is/To-be), end-to-end testing, UAT coordination, and client training. I’ve worked on complex e-commerce projects using platforms like Shopify, SAP Commerce Cloud, OMS Manhattan, and WordPress, mainly for leading luxury fashion brands.

I’m proficient in Excel, SQL, AWS, and Jira-Confluence, and I work comfortably in both Agile and Waterfall environments
